Xm House

Xm House consists of a repeating dimension of 10 meters. The main facade consists of a 10-meter opening that pierces through the main mass and the reception hall into the central courtyard. The interior design follows the same pattern as the architecture, and furniture respect the guiding 10-meter dimension.

The primary feature of this project is its tribute to the traditional courtyard houses, with a twist. The courtyard is sunken to the basement level, maximizing views and utilizing the allotted built-up area to the fullest.

The interior spaces have terraces at varying levels and multiple directions, overlooking the courtyard and the street. A 10-meter pool anchors the courtyard experiencing as it connects the reception hall with the main dining room.
